We incorporate the best practices of international teaching methods along with the Indian values of rigor, homework, respect for elders, etc. This gives our young learners the advantage of a wider scope of learning, while covering the essentials on each topic, and ensuring that they understand each concept thoroughly. 


We offer CURIO curriculum as it is well structured and specially designed to carefully nurture our young ones. It caters to their desire to absorb and inquire, thus enhancing their inbuilt abilities. All the activities are challenging as well as purposeful and help us to keep students engaged in learning. The content is supportive in successful completion of work.


Students are trained to excel academically and acquire communication, organizational and analytical skills. Curriculum is updated annually to stay in alliance with the modern technology and modification in CBSE syllabus. Every effort is made to teach the students the effective use of English as a written and spoken language. 


A report is prepared for each pupil and the result will be communicated to parents in the report card. Parent’s attention is drawn to the fact that grades are given on the basis of year’s work and not only on the marks obtained in the term examinations. It is necessary therefore that children work regularly throughout the year. No class positions will be awarded but all those whose performance merit distinction will be given due recognition. 

 Assessment –I TO V

For classes I to V Review Tests are conducted on monthly basis. For class I Review test is comprised of 4 cycles and for classes II to V it is comprised of 5 cycles. There is usually a 15 day gap after the first cycle gets over and the next cycle begins.

Pupils are expected to appear in all the tests as scheduled. In case of absence and illness, a Doctor’s certificate will be required before the commencement of the test. In such cases pupils promotion will be based on the aggregate of the other three review test for class I students and other four review test for class II to V students.

Apart from these there periodic tests, there will be other opportunities of assessing the child. There will be the class response, assignments, projects and informal tests.

Assessment –VI onwards

For classes VI onwards NCERT Syllabus and CBSE prescribed assessment structure, examination pattern and report cards structure are followed.

 The assessment structure and examination for classes VI TO VIII comprise of two terms Term-1(100 marks) 20 marks Periodic Assessment + 80 marks for half yearly Exam and Term -2(100 marks) 20 marks Periodic Assessment + 80 marks for yearly exam.

For promotion to the next class, the following norms are strictly taken into account:

  •          A minimum of 75% attendance
  •          A minimum of 40% marks in each subject in the school’s periodical and the annual exams.
